Vasquez, Clerk of the Board Sam Castro, Public Works Director Keith Elefson, County Engineer Public: See sign in sheet The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider the adoption of the Six Year Transportation Improvement Program for the years 2022-2027, as presented by Public Works. Keith Elefson, County Engineer discussed the proposal. Commissioner Stone asked about the choices of roads that were picked, especially in the north part of the county. Discussion ensued. A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone, to close the public comment portion of the hearing. The motion passed unanimously. A motion was made by Commissioner Jones, seconded by Commissioner Stone to approve the adoption of the Six Year Program as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
