15. Budget extension request in the amount of0 Equipment Rental and Revolving
Fund (ER&R 510) due to delivery delays (d -dip rucks t afwere purchased in 2020 but not
received until 2021 due to the pandemic. These items were not brought forward to the 2021
budget.
16. Resolution adopting the 2022 Annual Road Construction Program that was reviewed at a Public
Meeting on November 15, 2021.
17. Agreement No. SWMLSWFA-2021-GrCoPw-00007 Solid Waste Management Local Solid Waste
Financial Assistance Agreement with the State of Washington Department of Ecology in the
amount of $439,326.67 to properly manage 80 tons of household hazardous waste and 35 tons
of tires; recycle 135 tons of cardboard and aluminum cans, divert 32 tons of organics, finish
updating the local solid waste management plan; and clean up 16 homeless encampments.
Term is July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023.
