Request Summary:
Since about 2o18, Grant County has. been receiving "Enhancement Funds" -which are ear -marked
from the State- Department of Health as Employee Recruitment & Retention funds. These were given
to the Managed Care Organizations that the. County contractedmith to pass onto Renew. The County
0 has accumulated over $.600k of these funds that are in a resen;re balance to disperseto staff. The
Countywill provide a one-time 'Incentive payment to all eligible employees in the following manner:
a) A one-time ',000 'incentive paymentlA411. be provided to all eligible individuals not
represented by Local 76o and W'orldng: in Behmrioral Health;
b) To be eligible the individual must be actively employed by ReneNv as of February 1, 2022;
c) A full incentive payment NAn'll be paid to each individual. There Mill be no proration per FTE.

Other Factors: The funds are provided by the state through a recruitment & retention program.. If not used
