Commerce Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG) No. 20-4613C-100 in the amount of
$188,130.74 for December 2021 expenses.

11) Request to purchase Laserfische Licenses from CDI in the amounts of $20,855.58 and
technical support package in the amount of $2,113.80. These were approved in the
2022 budget under capital expenses.

City of Moses Lake for the provision of court services within District Court. Contract was
signed January 4, 2022.

County Code titled "Speed Limits". A portion of Rd 5 NW roadlog 93010 from SR 281 to
R NW has been petitioned to reduce the speed limit back to 35 MPH.
22) County Road Administration Board (CRAB) Certification of the 2022 Road Levy and
Estimated Revenue Produced per WAC 136-150-021. The total county valuation is
$15,622,693,091.00.
23) Resolution Initiating County Road Project Designated as CRP N0. 22-01 to replace
existing 34 ft BST surface along Road 3 -NE (U -NE to County Line) Road Log No. 9400
from milepost 10.90 to miles post 13.90.

Mission Planning and Briefing training in Coeur D' Alene, ID March 9 -10 , 2022. Moses
Lake Police Department will be covering the cost of tuition, the only cost to the Sheriff's
office will be per diem and lodging.
