Pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) Commissioner Stone called an Executive Session to order at
9:16 a.m. to go until 9:21 a.m. regarding Job Applicant/Evaluation. In attendance were
Commissioners Carter, Stone and Jones, and Kirk Eslinger, Human Resources Director.
Commissioner Stone closed the session at 9:21 a.m.
Pursuant to RCW 42.30.140(4)(a) Commissioner Stone called an Executive Session to order at
9:32 a.m. to go until 9:47 a.m. regarding Negotiations. In attendance were Commissioners
Carter, Stone and Jones, Kirk Eslinger and Decorah Anderson, Human Resources Director, Sam
Castro, Public Works (Webex), Kim Allen, Clerk (Webex) and Suhail Palacios, Juvenile Court and
Youth Services. Commissioner Stone closed the session at 9:52 a.m.
Personnel Action Request (PAR) for the salary, wage and/or position change for Kevin McCrae,
Prosecuting Attorney.

1. Call to order/ Establish Quorum
2. Approval of the Agenda A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by
Commissioner Jones to approve the agenda as presented. The motion passed unanimously.
3. Correspondence (ie. Emails that have come in that need response, letters of support etc)
4. Open Forum for Citizen Input (3 minutes per person, 15 -minute time limit) (None)
5. Commissioners Roundtable —Miscellaneous Discussion, Review of Consent Agenda Items
6. Consent Agenda (Items 1 through 16) -All items are considered routine and will be enacted by
one motion of the commissioners with no separate discussion. If separate discussion is desired,
that item may be removed and placed under Board Discussion/Decision.
A motion was made by Commissioner Carter, seconded by Commissioner Jones to approve the
consent agenda as presented, but amending item 1 AP batch to fund the CBDL payment from
the 133 account and not the 113 account. The motion passed unanimously.
AUDITOR'S OFFICE
1) Payment of vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and
those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by
RCW 42.24.090, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. ($24,,257.30

psychiatrists or ARPNPS for a contract term of 1 -year which begins on Provider's first
day of services to the facility.

13) Out of state travel request for Detective Messer to travel to Eugene Oregon, on January
12, 2022, through January 13, 2022, for official business for the Grant County Sheriff's
Office.
TECHNOLOGY SERVICES
14) Purchase order No. 394 for Annual Renewal of contract No. 090320 -SDI Dude Solutions
Software in the amount of $391421.11.
15) Purchase order No. 393 for the 2022 Annual Maintenance of Rite Track Software for
Grant County Youth Services from Handel Information Technologies, Inc. in the amount
of $21.,600.00.
16) Purchase order No. 392 for the Annual Support Contract- FTR Premium Support —For
