Home My WebLink AboutResolution 18-026-CCBOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Grant County, Washington RESOLUTION TO DECLARE SURPLUS RESOLUTION No. 18- od-CC GRANT COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE TASER X26 ELECTRONIC CONTROL DEVICES WHEREAS, The Grant County Sheriff's Office owns 11 —Taser X26 Electronic Control Devices (see attached Serial and Asset Numbers); and WHEREAS, The Sheriff's Office has determined that these devices are no longer functional and cannot be repaired by the manufacturer; and WHEREAS, The Sheriff's Office is requesting that the Board of County Commissioners declare surplus these Electronic Control Devices to be properly disposed of. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County Commissioners declare as surplus 11 Taser X26 Electronic Control Devices. DATED this day of , 2018.
