RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING
COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant-.
County has been advised by the Grant County Pl.anning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on January 5 on Lhe matter
of vacating the Hy -Wye plat and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said
recommendation, has given notice this matter woul.d be considered
at their regul.ar meeting on
1.994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant:. Country does hereby accept:. and adopt:. the
recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission and does
by this Resolution, vacate the Hy -Wye plat with exception to
the attached parcel. which is owned by the City of Soap Lake
formerl.y known as Lot 1.7, Block 13 of said pl.at, located in a
portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 30, Township 22 N., Range 27 E.W.M.
