PORTION OF SECTION 30, COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
TOWNSHIP 22 N., RANGE 27

WHEREAS, Lhe Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Pl.anning Commission
that a publ.ic hearing was conducted on January 5 on the matter
of vacating t:.he Hy -Wye plat. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said
recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered
at their regular meeting on February 15, , 1.994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County does hereby accept. and adopt. the
recommendation of the Grant Country Planning Commission and does
by this Resolution, vacate the Hy -Wye pl.at with exception to
the attached parcel. which is owned by the City of Soap Lake
formerly known as Lot. 17, Block 1.3 of said pl.at:, located in a
portion of the Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of
Section 30, Township 22 N., Range 27 E.W.M.

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on January 5 on the matter
of vacating the Hy -Wye plat and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said
recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered
at their regular meeting on February 15 , 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County does hereby accept and adopt the
recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission and does
by this Resolution, vacate the Hy -Wye plat including roads
lying easterly of SR 28, with exception to the attached parcel
which is owned by the City of Soap Lake formerly known as Lot
Lot 17, Block 13 of said plat, located in a portion of the
Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 30,
Township 22 N., Range 27 E.W.M.

I hate to admit it, but I made a major mistake
and left out part of the legal description that should
have been included in the Hye Wye plat vacation.
EPHRATA, WASHINGTON 98823
I have typed a new Resolution that adds the
words, "including roads lying easterly of SR 28".. It appears
there is also part of the plat lying on the west side of the
highway that is within the city limits of Soap Lake.
I have attached a copy of the old resolution
along with four new copies for the Commissioners' signatures.
