RESOLUTION NO. 94-51—CC
BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS of GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON
In the matter of initiating County Road Project designated as CRP NO. 94-11.
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the ' I ' NE Road, State Road Log No. 53051 ,
from Milepost 0.00 to Milepost 0.32 be improved as follows:
Widen shoulders to provide 28 feet of roadway and pave widened area.
This project is hereby declared to be a public necessity and the County Road Engineer is hereby ordered and authorized W
report and proceed 7iereon as by law provided. (RCW 36.75.050, 36.80.030, 36.80.070) (Optional References)
IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED that an appropriation from the officially adopted road fund budget and based on the County
Engineer's estimate is hereby made in the amounts and for the purposes shown.
