WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant 2/18/94
County has been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission
that a public hearing was conducted on January 5 on the matter
of vacating the Hy -Wye plat and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, having said
recommendation, has given notice this matter would be considered
at their regular meeting on February 15 , 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County does hereby accept and adopt the
recommendation of the Grant County Planning Commission and does
by this Resolution, vacate the Hy -Wye plat including roads
lying easterly of SR 28, with exception to the attached parcel
which is owned by the City of Soap Lake formerly known as Lot
Lot 17, Block 13 of said plat, located in a portion of the
Southeast quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 30,
Township 22 N., Range 27 E.W.M.
