IN THE MATTER OF CHANGING RESOLUTION NO. 94 -124 -Cc
THE ZONING FROM AGRICULTURE
TO S-2 (SUBURBAN)IN A PORTION RESOLUTION ADOPTING
OF SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 20 NORTH, I PLANNING COMMISSION
RANGE 23 EAST, W.M.. RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on
October 5, 1994 on the matter of changing the zoning from Aericulture(AGR) to S-2 (Suburban),
and:
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have given notice this matter
would be considered at their regular meeting on October 31, 1994, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found the property is
adjacent to the existing condominium development of Crescent View Properties, and:
WHEREAS, ,the Board of County Commissioners have found that the applicant
shall construct the units in accordance with the Grant County Health Department standards and
the Grant County Building Department/Fire Marshal standards, and;
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners have found that this is the best
use of this small parcel of land, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the developer
will comply with fire/safety requirements as imposed by Grant County Fire District 0, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the developer
shall work with adjacent property owners concerning use and maintenance of the mutual access
road to this property, and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington does hereby accept and adopt the recommendation
of the Grant County Planning Commission and does by this resolution, amend the Grant County
Comprehensive Plan and the official Zoning Map for Grant County to the effect that the following
described property shall henceforth be zoned as S-2 (Suburban):
A portion of Tract 8, Crescent Irrigated Lands according to the plat thereof recorded in
Acreage Plats, Page 1, Records of Grant County in a portion of the Northeast one-quarter
of Section 19, Township 20 North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington.
Site consists of 1.00 acre.
