Commissioner Fancher was in attendance, Commissioner Allison was out of town. The Commissioners read and approved the minutes of the preceding session as written. The Commissioners authorized an increase in the responsibilities for the Building Inspector/ Deputy Fire Marshal to Assistant Building Official/Chief Deputy Fire Marshal. The Commissioners approved the request by the Assessor for the purchase of copy machine from the Capital Outlay budget in the amount of $6,500. The Commissioners approved the request by the Prosecuting Attorney to increase the salary of Carole Highland to Deputy Prosecutor II or $3,027 per month. The Commissioners approved the request by the Prosecuting Attorney to increase the salary of Charles Richens to Deputy Prosecutor V or $3,817 per month. The Commissioners received Claims for damages from Tracey Johnston and Susan Johnston. The matter was referred to the Prosecuting Attorney for handling. A motion was made by Commissioner Fancher, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 95 -72 -CC relating to the transfer of funds within the 1995 budget of the Law and Justice Fund #121, Department #163 in the amount of $25,520 to allocated fund balance for creating a courtroom for Judge Brown be passed. The motion carried. The Commissioners received a fully executed copy of Contract/ Amendment Number 2115-91791(3) between the Department of Social and Health Services and Grant County. As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until June 13,1995. June 13,1995 The session was continued at 9:00 a.m. with Chairman Snead and Commissioner Fancher in attendance. A motion was made by Commissioner Fancher, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 95 -73 -CC approving the issuance of non-recourse revenue bonds of the Port of Moses Lake Public Corporation for the benefit of Moses Lake Industries,lnc. be passed. The motion carried. The Commissioners met with the Public Works Director regarding Resolution - Hearing 6 year program, RAP Discussion, Bridge timber purchase, reimbursable work- Hartline, 10:30 hearing(surplus property), Person nel-En g.Tech II. A motion was made by Commissioner Fancher, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 95 -74 -CC in the matter of setting a hearing for June 27,1995 at 11:00 a.m. for adopting a comprehensive six year transportation improvement program for the years 1996-2001 be passed. The motion carried. A motion was made by Commissioner Fancher, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 95 -75 -CC in the matter of a County wide surplus equipment and merchandise auction sale be passed. The motion carried. A motion was made by Commissioner Fancher, seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 95 -76 -CC, in the matter of a County wide surplus equipment and merchandise auction sale July 22,1995 at 9:00 a.m. be passed. The motion carried. The Commissioners signed the Public Works Claims Fund Voucher approval #5-1 through #5-199 in the total amount of $1,327,800. The Commissioners received a summons and complaint from Richard Roybal. The matter was referred to the Prosecuting Attorney for handling. As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those vouchers included in the list filed in the Auditors Office 6/12/95 in the total amount of $441,656.55.
