FOR 6 LOTS ON 8.0 ACRES IN A
PORTION OF SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP
19 NORTH, RANGE 28 EAST, W.M..
RESOLUTION NO. 95 -90 -CC
RESOLUTION APPROVING
PLAT ALTERATION FOR
MICHAEL FLEMING
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on May
3, 1995 on the matter of approving a Plat Alteration of Lot 3, Johnson Short Plat in a portion of
the Southwest quarter of the Southwest quarter in Section 16, Township 19 North, Range 28
East, W.M. and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have given notice this matter
would be considered at their regular meeting on Mav 30.1995
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners having requested additional
information have continued said regular meeting until June 19,1995
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of
the Plat Alteration on the following conditions:
1. Cul-de-sacs to be a minimum of 60 foot radius.
2. 30 foot fire lane easement shall be included on the final plat.
3. 50 foot shoreline protection buffer shall be shown on the face of the final
plat.
4. 150 foot building setback required from the shoreline and shall be shown
on the face of the plat.
5. 50 foot fire protection building separation.
6. 100 foot radius sanitary control zones around water sources shown on final
plat.
7. 5 foot utility lot easement on all lot lines to be shown on final plat.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld the Finding of Fact
of the Grant County Planning Commission stating the plat alteration complies with the existing
zoning requirements for the area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution, approve the Plat Alteration on
the property described below:
Lot 3, Johnson Short Plat in a portion of Section 16, Township 19 North, Range 28 East,
W.M., Grant County, Washington. Site consists of 8.0 acres:
