Week of October 2,1995
The Grant County Commissioners session was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by
Chairman Tim Snead. Commissioner Allison was in attendance, Commissioner Fancher
was attending meetings out of the office.
The Commissioners read and approved the minutes of the preceding session as
written.
The Commissioners approved out of state travel for Deputy Richard Watson to
attend a boating accident investigation seminary in Nevada.
The Commissioners approved the request by the Sheriff Department to allocate
$500.00 from the E-9-1-1 budget for the moving of the Dispatch Radio Antenna.
The Commissioners appointed Terri Hardt to a position on the North Central
Washington Regional Support Network Advisory Board.
The Commissioners signed a license for Ingress and Egress with Lloyd Jackson
for his use of the right of way dedicated for the extension of Park Orchard Drive int he
Plat of Park Orchard Tracts.
The Commissioners signed the warrants list #73233 through #73748 for the
month of September.
The Commissioners signed the application for re -sale of tax title property
requested by Dennis Wiese of Grand Coulee.
A Public Hearing was held and a motion was made by Commissioner Allison,
seconded by Commissioner Snead that Resolution Number 95 -121 -CC authorizing an
appropriation and expenditure of funds for the Current Expense Fund #001, Civil Service
Department #110 in the amount of $2,875 be passed. The motion carried.
As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those
vouchers included in the list filed in the Auditors Office 9/29/95 in the total amount of
$132,459.02.
As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those
vouchers included in the list filed in the Auditors Office 10/2/95 in the total amount of
$171,988.92.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was
continued until October 3,1995

The session was continued at 9:00 a.m. with Chairman Snead, and Commissioner
Allison in attendance, Commissioner Fancher was still attending meetings out of town.
The Commissioners met with the Prosecuting Attorney and with the Public Works
Director.
The Commissioners signed approval of the Substantial Development Permit for the
Plat of Soap Lake Terrace, a 17 lot subdivision and picnic area along the beach of Soap
Lake.
The Commissioners set a Public Meeting for October 5,1995 to respond to a
petition from neighbors in the area for a meeting regarding the odor problem with Wilcox
Farms.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was
adjourned until October 9,1995.
