RESOLUTION NO. 95-154—CC
RESOLUTION DENYING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE COMPRE-
HENSIVE PLAN OF GRANT COUNTY
CLYDE HENDERSON, DAVID FRICK & DAVID
GUNDERSON
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised by the
Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on October 4, 1995 on the matter of
changing the zoning from Suburban -Agriculture and Agriculture to Suburban -3 in a portion of the West half of
Section 12, Township 19 North, Range 27 East, W.M. and the East half of the Northwest quarter of Section 12,
Township 19 North, Range 27 East, W.M.
WHEREAS, the Grant County Planning Commission made a motion for a recommendation to
deny the proposed zone change; and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld the findings of the Planning
Commission that the proposal is not compatible with surrounding area.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the area is designated a buffer
between the agriculture zoning district and residential development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners for Grant
County, Washington deny by this Resolution, a zone change for the following described property:
A portion of the West half of Section 12, Township 19 North, Range 27 East, W.M. and the East half of
the Northwest quarter of Section 13, Township 19 North, Range 27 East, W.M.., Grant County,
Washington a more complete description is attached.
