(509) 754-2011 Ext. 321 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT OF `QUAIL RUN' IN A PORTION OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 22 N., RANGE 26 E., W.M., GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 95 -152 -CC RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANNING COMMISSION - RECOMMENDATION HAROLD & ALICE NELSON WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on August 2, 1995 on the matter of approving the `QUAIL RUN' PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT a 6.25 acre subdivision of 14 lots in a portion of the West half of the Southwest quarter of Section 25, Township 22 North, Range 26 East, W.M.. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of the proposed zone change on development being serviced by Lakeview Water Association. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have waived the requirement of road being dedicated to the County so that it may remain private. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of the proposed zone change on developer meeting all applicable requirements of the Grant County Fire Flow Guidelines. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld the findings of the Grant County Planning Commission that the proposal meets the requirements of the Grant County Zoning Ordinance. WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is consistent with the surrounding area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution approve the `Quail Run' Planned Unit Development on the property described below: LEGAL DESCRIPTION (PER O.C.D. A.F.+435027): THAT PORTION OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY LYING IN THE WEST HALF OF THE SOUTHWEST COUNTY, WASHINGTON,SLYINGNSOUtHERLY25 SOFPTHE SOUTH&LY22 NORTH NBOUNDARYGE 26 S GRANTLfNE OFA SKOKIE ROAD, A STREET IN THE PLAT OF LAKEVIEW COUNTRY CLUB FIRST ADDITION TO GRANT COUNTY WASHINGTON, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF FILED JANUARY 26, 1953 IN SAID COUNtY: BEGINNING AT THE INTERSECTION OF THE SOUTHERLY BOUNDARY LINE OF SKOKIE ROAD AND THE WESTERLY LINE OF FAIRWAY NO. 5 OF THE LAKEVIEW GOLF AND COUNTRY CLUB AS CONVEYED BY HAROLD H.
