RESOLUTION ADOPTING
PLANNING COMMISSION
- RECOMMENDATION

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission that a public hearing was conducted on
August 2, 1995 on the matter of approving the `QUAIL RUN' PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT a 6.25 acre subdivision of 14 lots in a portion of the West half of the
Southwest quarter of Section 25, Township 22 North, Range 26 East, W.M..
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of
the proposed zone change on development being serviced by Lakeview Water Association.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have waived the requirement of
road being dedicated to the County so that it may remain private.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have conditioned approval of
the proposed zone change on developer meeting all applicable requirements of the Grant County
Fire Flow Guidelines.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have upheld the findings of the
Grant County Planning Commission that the proposal meets the requirements of the Grant County
Zoning Ordinance.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is
consistent with the surrounding area.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington by this Resolution approve the `Quail Run'
Planned Unit Development on the property described below:
