The Gommissivners held a Pub1i� Hearing regard�ng the
[3udenkov Homestead Prelim�nary Plat. A motion was rr�ade b�
Crrmmissioner Snead, seconded by �4mmissioner Fancher to cc�n#�nue
the Hearing until Tuesday, June 3 at 1�.OQ a.m. to discuss the road
probt�ms wi�h the Publi� 1lliorks Director, TF�e motion carried.
The Commissioners approved ihe requesi by iExceituiar,inc. to
remit �their Excise Tax a�r�uatly by .�anuary �5�th since #i�e amount o�
their remittance v�rili be less �han $1A.40 per mc�nth.
The Cammissianers approved �he satary of Ftuih L,. Herrvr� rsf the
Auditors C3ffice at $7.Q0 per hour e�fective l�ay �7,�1997.
As vf th�s da�e the Board by a majority va�e d€�es approve for
payment th�rse v�►uch�rs inc�uded in the [ist filed in thQ Auditors {3f€'i�e
5�27/97 in the tota! am�aunt of $4v3,539.fl'T.
The Commissioners infarmed ihe Departm�nt of Social and Heattl�
Services that Gran� Ce►unty in�ended ta par�i�ipate �n fhe Cvnsc�lidated
Juvenile Servic�s Program for the �199?-�1999 biennium.
'fhe Commissioners signed the Public Wc�rks Payrofl Journai ir�
the amc�c�nt c�f $24�,752.81 for ihe month of May.
The Public Hearing schedc��ed fe�r 2:�� p.m. r�garding the 1Vtarine
View Heights Water Syste�n �Jrdinan�e was cc�ntinued until June 3,i997
at 3:30 p.m. due to an errc►r in pubiica�ian notice.
