CERTAIN SECTIONS OF
CHAPTER 11.04 OF THE
GRANT COUNTY CODE
ENTITLED "MAXIMUM SPEED LIMITS"
A PETITION(s)was received to amend AN ORDINANCE relating to maximum speed limits and
amending Section(s) 11.04. of the Grant County Code.
WHEREAS the change agrees with current traffic usage, has been reviewed by the County Engineer, and
posted in the Paper of Record for 2 consecutive weeks.
WHEREAS a hearing was held in the Hearing Room of the Board of County Commissioners of
Grant County, Washington, located in the County Courthouse, Ephrata, Washington at 1:45 PM,
on Tuesday, the 6th day of December, 2016
THEREFOR,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County,
Washington:
Section 11.04.035 of Grant County Code is amended to exclude the following: �
