RESOLUTION APPROVING
A MAJOR PLAT

WHEREAS, the Board of Coutity Cominissioners of Grurt Coiuity have been advised by
die Grznt Coun .ty Plaiuung Cotxunission th�t ui open record public l�earing was conducted on Apri17, 1999
on the matter of the ASPI Commerce Park M1jor Plat, The subject site is located in a portion of the
Nortlieast Qu�rter of Section 4, Townslvp 19 North, Range 28 East Willamette Meridizn, Gr�u►t County,
Waslungton;
WHEREAS, die Grvit County Plamung Coitunission made a recommendation to
approve this proposed major plat;
WHEREAS, the Grant County Board of Commissioners held a closed record public
meeting on May 3, 1999;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners liave made a decision to uphold the
recommendation to approve the proposed Major Plat;
WHEREAS, tlte Board of County Cotnmissioners have found tliat the proposal is
consistent witli tl�e Grant County Comprehensive Pl�n;
WHEREAS, tlie Board of Coun .ty Commissioners have foimd that the public use and
interest will apparently be served by tl�e Major Plat;
WHEREAS, the Board of Coun .ty Commissioners have found that the proposal will not
adversely effect the he�Zlth, safety, 1nd general welfare of the public in the vicinity of the proposal;
NOW, THEI2EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners
for Grant County, W�slungt.on �pprove by lhis Resolutiou, ASPI Conunerce Park Major Plat. The subject
site is located in a porlion of tlie Norilieast Quarter of Section 4, Townslvp 19 Norlh, Range 28 E1st
Willvnette Meridian, Grant County, Waslungton; (Subject to the following Conditions of Approval).

CONDITIONS:
Tlie following are couditions of approval, which were used in the Grvit County Board of Cowity
Commissioner's closed record public meeting to approve the proposed Major Plat;
1, The Plat shall be in compliance with the Growth Management Act, The County Wide
Planning Policies, The Washington State Environmental Policy Act, the Grant County
Comprehensive Plan, tl�e Gr�nt County Zoning Ordinance, the Grant County Shorelines
Master Program, the Grant County Resource Lands and Critical Areas Ordinance, and all
applicable local, state and federal environmental standards, regul�tions, rulings or
requirements.
2. The Plat sh�,ll com�ly with all applicable requirements of the Grant County Fire Marshal,
the Uniform Building Code, Uniform Mechanical Code, Uniform Plumbing Code and
Uniform Fire Code.
3. The Plati is subject to all requirements deemed necessary by the Grant County Health
DisCrict, the Washington State Department of Ecology, and the Washington State
Department of Health regarding sewage systems and storm water control and treatment
including, but not limited to: RCW 90.48,080 Discharge of Polluting Water Prohibited;
WAC 173-201, Surface Water Standards; WAC 173-201A, Ground Water Quality
Standards and WAC 246-272, On-site Sewage Systems.
4. Proposal shall comply witli all requirements of the Grant County Public Works Department
including, but not limited to:
a. Access permit required prior to issuance of building permits.
b. Conform to the plat requirements.
5. If any Native American grave sites or archaeological resources are discovered or excavated
the developer shall stop work and notify the Yakima Nation Cultural Resource Program,
the Colville Confederated Tribes Cult�iral Resource Progam, and the Washington State
Department of Cornmunity, Trade and Ecouornic Developmevt - Office of Archeology and
Historic Preservation,
6, Preliminary Plat approval shall be contingent upon conformance with all applicable land
use rules and regulations in effect as of March 2, 1999.
