The bid opening will be held February 23,1999 at 10:00 a.rn. �f�� The �ommissioners signed the Quit Claim Deed on property on Sta.te Route 17, Jct. P.S.H. The motion carried. ��,�� Chairman Snead was authorized to sign the Hotel/Motei Lease, Local Government Resolution and Certification form for North Columbia Community Action Council. ��.� %��The Cornmis�ioners held a Public Meeting r�gard�g the Plat Alteration request to create two lots form Lots 103, 104, and 105, Desert Aire Division #2 requested by William Millard and Walter Jepson. A motion �vas made by Co�nmissioner Moore, seconded by Commissioner Snead to uphold the Planning Con�mission approval of the request �ith findings and recommendations of the Planning Commission to be adopted.
