The motion passed unanimously. Due to late arrivals, item i6 was signed on i/i4/Zo and item 18 was signed on i/12/xo. COMMISSIONERS WORK SESSION A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Swartz, to approve items 1 through 2 on the Work Session Agenda. The motion passed unanimously. District Court to restructure and reclassify two Deputy III Clerlcs to two Lead Clerlc positions. These newly created Lead Clerk positions will be placed in the Compensation Plan Structure at Band g. The Director recommends approval for all g items.
