RESOLUTION APPROVING
A PLAT ALTERATION
GREGG AND MARLA HUFF
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Grant County have been
advised by the Grant County Planning Commission tha# a public hearing was conducted on May
6, 1998 on the matter of altering Lot 412 of the Larson Subdivision located in a portion of Section
5, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington.
WHEi2EAS, the Grant County Planning Commission made a unanimous
recommendation to approve with seven (9) conditions, the alteration of Lot 412 an existing lot
approx. 40,000 sq. ft. into (3) separate lots.
WHEREAS, the Grant County Board o� Commissioners held a public meeting on
June 15, 1998 and,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have made a decision to
uphold the recommendation to approve the proposed piat alteration request with the conditions as
stipulated by the Planning Commission.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is
consistent with the Grant County Comprehensive Plan.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the public use
and interest will apparently be served by the plat alteration.
- WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal
will not adversely effect the health, safety, and general welfare of the public in the vicinity of the
proposal.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners have found that the Plat
Alteration should be governed by the following seven (9) conditions of approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County
Commissioners for Grant County, Washington approve by this Resofution, a plat alteration of Lot
412 of the Larson Subdivision located in a portion of the NE %4of Section 5, Township 19 North,
Range 28 East, W.M., Grant County, Washington.
The plat alteration is approved subject to the following conditions.
1. Development shall be in compliance with the Growth Management Act, The County-Wide
Pianning Policies, The Washington State Environm�ntal Policy Act, the Grant County
Comprehensive Plan, the Grant County Zoning Orc9inance, and all applicable local, state, and
federal regulations, rulings or requirements.
2. Development shall comply wit[� all applicable requirements of the Grant County Fire Marshal
including but not limited to the Uniform Building Code and Unifiorm Fire Code.
3. Development shall comply with all improvements and restrictions requir�d by the Grant
County Public Works Department.
4. Developer shall comply with all requirements deemed necessary by the Grant County Health
District the Washington State Department of Health, and the Washington State Department of
Ecology regarding domestic water supply, sewage systems and storm water control and
treatment including, but not limited to: RCW 90.48.080 Discharge of Polluting Water
Prohibited; WAC 173-2Q1, Surface Wa#er Standards; WAC 173-201A, Gro�and Water Quaiity
Siandards and WAC 246-272, Qn-Site Sewage Systems.
S. !f any Native American Grave site{s) or archaeologicai/cu3tural resources (Indian Arkifacts} are

9. Propaneni shall submit a final plat altecation map ir� conformance with th� Grant Gouniy
P(attirrg and Subdiv'ssion Ordinance and RCW 58.17.
