One casualty of his disease is Jim's sick Ieave and annual leave, now reduced to levels ir�suffie�ent tc�meet the demar�ds c�fhis medical czrcumstances. We request that you adopt a resolution permitting other caunty employees to donate accumulated sick leave to Jim's account. We're con�dent that the friendship and respect he has earned c�ver nearly 18 years of service on the bench wzll quickly praduce more than enough c3c�nated time to cover the needs of Tim and lus family. Despite i�is doctc�rs' requests, lim has not asked to be relieved of his duties. As is consistent with his record of dedicated service, he strug�les on, at times severely challenged by the demands of tt�e workday.
