The subject site is located in a portion of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31,Township 22 North,Range 27 East Willamette Meridian, Grant County,Washington; WHEREAS,the Grant County Planning Commission made a recommendation to approve this proposed plat alteration; WHEI2EA5,the Grant County Board of Commissioners held a closed record public meeting on May 17, 1999; WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissionezs have made a decision to uphold the recommendation to approve the proposed plat alteration request; WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal is consistent with the Grant County Comprehensive Plan; WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners have found that the public use and interest will apparently be served by the plat alteration; WHEI2EAS,the Board of County Commissioners have found that the proposal will not adversely effect the health, safety, and general welfare of the public in the vicinity of the proposal; NOW,THEI�FORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the Board of County Commissioners I for Grant County,Washington approve by this Resolution,a plat alteration to subdivide Lot 1,Block 23, � Grant Orchards, into two(2)lots,each comprising of 2,5 acres. The subject site is located in a portion of � the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 31,Township 22 North,Range 27 East � Willamette Meridian, Grant County,Washington(Subject to the following Conditions of Approval). ' I � i Page 2 of 3 IN THE MATTER OF SUBDIVIDING LOT 1, BLOCK 23, GRANT ORCHARDS,INTO TWO LOTS EACH COMPRISE OF 2.5 ACRES. THE SUBJECT SITE IS LOCATED IN A PORTION OF THE N/E'/a OF THE N/W '/a OF S�CTION 31,TOWNSHIP 22N,RANGE 27,EWM,GRANT COUNTY, WASHINGTON. CONDITIONS: The followuig are conditions of approval,which were used in the Grant County Board of County Commissioner's closed record public meeting to approve the proposed Plat Alteration. 1. Development shall be in compliance with the Growth Management Act, The County-Wide Planning Policies, The Washington State Environmental Policy Act, the Grant County Comprehensive Plan, the Grant County Zoning Ordinance, and all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, rulings or requiraments. 2. Development shall comply with all applicable requirernents of the Grant County Fire Marshal including but not limited to the Uniform Building Code and Uniform Fire Code. 3. Development shall comply with all improvements and restrictions required by the Grant County Pulilic Works Department. 4. Developer shall comply with all requirements deemed necessary by the Grant County Health District, the Washington State Department of Health, and the Washington State Department of Ecology regarding domestic water supply, sewage systems and storm water control and treatment including, but not limited to: RCW 90.48.080 Discharge of Polluting Water Prohibited; WAC 173- 201, Surface Water Standards; WAC 173-201A, Ground Water Quality Standards and WAC 246- 272, On-Site Sewage Systems. 5. If any Native American Grave site(s) or archaeological/cultural resources (Indian Artifacts) are found all construction activity shall stop and the owner/developer shall immediately notify the Colville Confederated Tribes and the Washington State Office of Archaeology and Historic Preservation. 6.
