1�SOLUTION RELATING TO THE RESOLUTION No. 16-���-CC ,
CLOSING OF AN EXISTING COUNTY
FUND—PARC FUND #115 ;
WHEREAS, the closure of PARC Fund#115 may be accomplished without a public !
hearing pursuant to state and county budget laws. �
WHEREAS, It has been determined that this fund is no longer needed.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the following fund is
hereby closed: 1'ARC Fund #115 and the Grant County Auditor and Grant County
Treasurer are hereby directed to reflect the closure of said fund in their respective office
records. Any monies left in this account will be transferred into Behavioral�Iealth Fund
#108.
