WHEREAS,Resolution 93-9-CC approved the formation of the Hillcrest Lightix�g District; and
WHEI2EAS,the Order set forth that the amount of the annual assessment for the LID was ta be
deternlined by Public Utility District Na. 2 of Grant County; and
WHEREAS,Resolution 02-18�-CC set 1:he assessrnent rate far 2443 at$17.04 per parcel; and
WHEREAS, the current assessment of$17.00 per taxable parcel has been deemed by the Grant
County Treas�.�rer as more tlian adequate to cover 2Q07 payments; a11d
WHEI2EAS,the Treasuter has recommended to the Board of County Commissianers ta decrcase
the 2407 tax assessment from$1'7.00 per parcel to$16,04 per parcel;
NOW,T�IEREFQRE,I3E IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT pursuant to the Order,the
Board certifies to the Grant Connty TreastYrer the assessment rate for 2Q07 will be clecreased to
$16,00 per taxable parcel in RID No,93-0 and that the Treasurer use these figures for tlie
assessrnent rate in all futirre assessment rolls of RID No 93-1 until further order of the Board.
