CERTAIN GRANT 1NTEGRAT�D SERVICES
COMPUTER EQUIPMENT
WHEREAS, Grant Integrated Services has provided the Board of County Commissioners the
attached list of computer equipment;
WHEREAS, Grant Integrated Services has determined that this equipment is outdated, brolcen
and/or obsolete;
WHEREAS, Grant Integrated Services is requesting that the Board of Comity Commissioners
declare surplus the attached list of computer equipment;
WHERCAS, it is the intent of Grant Integrated Services to either sell or complete the disposal
process on this equipment.
NOW, THEREFORE, B� IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Board of County
Commissioners declare as surplus the attached list of computer equipment.

Dear Ms. Vasquez,
I have attached the list of computer related items which Grant Integrated Services (GrIS) has determined no longer
meets our needs. Some are broken, a few antiquated or outdated, and some that can't accomplish what is necessary for
current service demands. We would like the Board of Commissioners to take necessary action toward disposal of these
items, Because most of these items were originally funded with state and federal resources, we would ask that any
recovery attained through the dispersal process be redistributed to GrIS if possible.
