io, administered through the Grant County Housing Authority, in

Amendment D to Washington State Department of Commerce
Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP)
Grant No. io-46iii-6o8. This amendrnent adds $44,88i.00 to
provide prevention to households facing homelessness and to rapidly
re-house individuals and families who are experiencin.g
homelessness. The grant's total budgeted amount with this
amendment totals $483,212.00. The grant's term ends June 30,

BOCC Chair signature on submittal of Grant County Public Works
Annual Report to the Washington State Department of
Transportation (re: Non-Discrimination Agreement). Reporting
