Commissioner Stevens was out and excused. 8:3o a.m. — 9:0o a.m. Elected Official Roundtable Meeting 9: oo a.m. — 9:5o a.m. J Strickler, ASC Update and MISC BOCC Action A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to approve items i through g, and 5 through � on the ASC Agenda as presented below. Item 4 is being held indefinitely. The motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance. 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. (Approved) 2. 2oi2 Municipal Services Agreement between Grant County and the Grant County Economic Development Council Por improved coordination and effectiveness of federal, state, local and other program services and actions affecting the local economy by facilitating the planning, development and sponsorship of educational workshops and seminars aimed at assisting and improving operations and finances of existing business, agriculture, and local governments. Term is February 6, 2oi2 through December gi, 2oi2. (Approved) 3. Grant County's Request for Reimbursement #4 on Washington State Departrnent of Commerce Housing and Essential Needs (HEN) Grant No. ii-462o4-5i1, administered through the Grant County Housing Authority, in the amount of $10,374•89• (Approved) 4. Interlocal Agreement between the Counties of Adams, Ferry, Grant, Lincoln, Okanogan, Pend Oreille, Stevens, and Spokane for Mental Health Treatment and Services for the Regional Support Network (RSN). (On hold indefinitely) 5. 2oi2 Agreement Concert Management / Development beiween Grant County and Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. to conduct concerts and/or events at the Gorge Amphitheater. (Approved) 6. Grant County Request #2g on Homeless Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing Program (HPRP) Contract #io-46i11-6o8 with the Department of Commerce in the amount of $�,513•35• (Approved) �. Professional Services Agreement Conflict and Overflow Investigator between Grant County and Marv Scott, lenown as M.R. Scott Private Investigations. TUESDAY, FEBRUARY �, 2oi2: The session was continued at io:oo a.m. with all the Commissioners in attendance. 10:0o a.m. — io:2o a.m. Open Record Public Hearing, Emergency Management Budget Extension The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a budget extension request from Emergency Management in the amount of $r8,5oo.0o to purchase professional services and office supplies using grant funds amended by FEMA for their Hazard Mitigation grant. Commissioner Carter moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing. Commissioner Swartz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Swartz moved to approve the budget extensions as presented. Commissioner seconded Carter and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
