In attendance were Commissioners Stevens, Carter,Swartz, Kirk Eslinger, Human Resources Director,Tom Jones, Sheriff, and Tony Menke, Labor Attorney. (Approved) 5. Contract Amendment, Mental Health Services Program, No. 15MH1835(1), between Grant County(by and through Grant Integrated Services) and Spokane County, by and between the ; Spokane Regional Support Network(SCRSN), a Division of Spokane Community Services, ' Housing, and Community Development Department. The amendment start date is 10/01/15 � and terms out 03/31/16, and amends Section 1,Term of the Agreement,to allow true-up payment amendments to be added to a contract after the term of the agreement and Exhibit H, Funding Schedule. (Approved) ; 6. Underwriting Engagement Letter between Grant County, by and through the Board of County i Cornmissioners, and D.A. Davidson & Co. for the County's proposed offering and issuance of ' Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds. It is anticipated this Engagement Letter will be replaced i and superseded by a bond purchase agreement to be entered into between the parties if and when the securities are priced following successful completion of the offering process. i (Approved) 7, BOCC action on the Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP) Advisory Committee's ' recommendations on the following SIP Projects: � a. (The Commissioners approved the recommendation and wrote a letter of non-support on January 25,2016) 6. Resolution No. 16-008-CC to Set Hearing In the Matter of Modifying Certain Sections of Chapter 11.04 of the Grant County Code Entitled "Maximum Speed Limits".
