Item 2 is pending Prosecuting Attorney's signature and item 6 did not arrive. The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for Tnterfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. (Approved) 2. (Corrected) Memorandum of Understanding between U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office and Grant County for Emergency Preparedness. The MOU describes the areas of cooperation between Grant County and its incorporated jurisdictions and the DOE, Richard Operations Office, and Office of River Protection in their planning for and response to emergencies at the Hanford Site. (Waiting for Prosecutor'S signature) g. Addendum to Subrecipient Agreement for CDBG Public Services between Grant County and the Opportunities Industrialization Center (OIC) of Washington on Washington State Department of Commerce CDBG Grant No.1i-641o0-002. Addendum modifies the term of the agreement to end on June go, 2012, increases the total grant budget amount for the OIC to $i5o,443 and Grant County's total administration fee to $g,000. The subject parcels are presently vacant. Four proposed clustered lots (Lots 2, g, 4, & 5), will range between approximately i.49 and 2.2i acres in size, and will be used for residential purposes. Proposed Lot 1 will be approximately 233•55 acres in size, and will contain the required designated open-space area. The subject area is located near the Painted Hills area southwest of Ephrata, WA, east of the intersection of Road E NW, Painted Hills Drive NW, and Road i3.5 NW, and in a portion of Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #20-066�-000 &#20-0668-000). Commissioner Stevens moved to uphold the recommendation of the Planning Commission and approve the application as presented recognizing the 9 Conditions of Approval and � Findings of Fact. Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned. (Resolution Noo ii-o�z-CC) MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amounts of $152,i46.69, $614�799•57� and $502�794•8�� as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board. The Commissioners approved and signed the Grant Public Works County Payroll Salary Fund for November i8, 2oii. The Commissioners approved and signed the November io, 2o1i Payroll Authorization Pick-up Sheet.
