Items 9, 14 and 15 were not ready for signature. The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, legal services,grant administration, , etc. (Approved) 2. Resolution No. 15-084-CC Authorizing Execution of Intergovernmental Agreement between Grant County and the Town of Wilson Creek regarding State Building Code administration and enforcement (see ASC Action Item #3, below), (Approved) 3, Interlocal Agreement Regarding State Building Code Administration and Enforcement between Grant County, by and through the Grant County Building Department/Fire Marshal Office, and the Town of Wilson Creek for furnishing the administration and enforcement services required ' to carry out the purposes of the State Building Code Act. Term is from date of last signature to July 31, 2019. (Approved) , 4. APS Healthcare Fifth Amendment to Employee Assistance Program Agreement between APS Healthcare Bethesda, Inc. and Grant County. The amendment modifies the rate (Exhibit B, , Scope of Coverage, Rates and Payments). (Approved) 5. Anticipating: Grant County Equal Opportunity Employment Plan, 2015-2017. (Item not ready for signature) 6. STOP Loss Confirmation of Terms between Mercer and Grant County for employee medical plan for January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. This will accompany a VOYA application for � Grant County employee insurance coverage. (Approved) 7. Professional Services Agreement for Legal Representation of Indigent Individuals in Grant County Superior Court(Adult Felony Only), Full Time Contractor, between Grant County and Robert I<entner. Term is January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017. (Approved) 8. Professional Services Agreement for Legal Representation of Indigent Individuals in Grant County Superior Court (Adult Felony Only), Conflicts/Overflow Contractor, between Grant County and Michael Felice. Term is January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017. (Approved) 9. Professional Services Agreement for Legal Representation of Indigent Individuals in Grant County District Court for Appeals between Grant County and Jeff Goldstein. Term is January 1, 2016 to December 31, 2017, (Approved) 12. Consolidated Homeless Grant Sub Recipient Agreement between Grant County and the Housing Authority of Grant County for the provision of services to individuals/households needing assistance for housing to prevent homelessness and quickly re-house households who are unsheltered. Services are provided via Grant County and the Washington State Department of Commerce Grant No. 16-46108-10 in the amount of$361,591. Term is January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. (Approved) 13. Revision#160103 to Washington State Department of Social & Health Services Contract#1563- 43364, County Program Agreement—Residential Services. Amendment reflects changes to hours that Grant Integrated Services' Developmental Disabilities is required to provide to clients per their annual assessments. (Approved) 14. Anticipating: Memorandum of Understanding,School Resource Officer(SRO), Wahluke School District No. 7�, between Grant County, by and through the Grant County Sheriff's Office, and the Wahluke School District. Term is from date of final signature to the end of the 2019 school year, (Item not ready for signature) 15. Anticipating: 2016 Marketing/Development Contract between Grant County, by and through the Grant County Tourism Commission, and Burke Marl<eting& Promotion, Term is January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. Grant County Request for Reimbursement No. 2 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 15-62210- 005 for the period November 1, 2015 to November 30, 2015, with the Department of Commerce and administered through the OIC of Washington, in the amount of$4,294.33. (Approved) 9:30 a.m.— 10:20 a.m. J Carter,VoIP Telephone System Demo 10:30 a.m.—10;45 a.m. Citizen Public Comment Period Gary Mann and Stan Kauffman came to discuss the Board of Equalization and the members. They are both wanting to step down from this Board at the end of the current session and hope the Commissioners will look at finding new members. Commissioner Swartz asked if there were any members of the public they could refer to the Board. Gary Mann stated he did not but someone who is I<nowledgeable about values. Stan I<auffman stated he would lil<e to see members who have knowledge in real estate and land developers. He would be willing to be an emergency alternate if needed. Commissioner Stevens stated they advertise but do not get much interest. Stan and Gary stated worl<ing with the Assessor's Office has been a good experience this past year, Jill Hammond, Clerk of the Board of Equalization, discussed the current membership and their terms. (Approved) 8, Multi-Agency Communications Center MACC Bond Claims Payment Request(Batch 01-19) in the amount of$206,590.74. (Approved) 9.
