The location of the proposal is from ' Tract 83 south on Laleeview Drive NE,west side to Tract 38 in a portion of S 20,T 24,R 27 W M.The Director discussed the application and stated that he recommends approval. Commissioner Stevens moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing. Commissioner Stevens seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.Commissioner Stevens , moved approve the recommendation of the Public Worlcs Director and approve the franchise . application as presented and sign the order granting the franchise. Commissioner Swartz seconded and the motion passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.The hearing adjourned.
