The Grant County Commissioners session was called to order at 9:0o a.m. with all the Commissioners in
attendance with the Clerk of the Board.

A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Swartz, to approve item i on
the ASC Agenda. The motion passed unanimously.
COMMISSIONEI�S WORK SESSION
A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to approve item i on the
Work Session as presented. The public hearing was set for August 18, 2009 at 9:go a.m. The motion
passed with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until July 28, zoo9.

The Commissioners approved the recommendation of the Director to award the Airway Drive
Realignment and Fairgrounds Path to Central Washington Asphalt, Inc. in the amount of $7ii,oii.00.

A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Swartz, to turn over the bids to
