A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Carter, to approve items i
through 4 on the ASC Agenda. Item 2 was assigned Resolution No. 09-o57-CC. The motion passed
with 2 Commissioners in attendance.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
Amendment to Contract No. Fo9-3i�oi-iog Amendment No. A between Grant County, New Hope
Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services, and the Washington State Department of Community,
Trade and Economic Development (FFY 2009 STOP Grant Program Recovery Act). The amendment
requires the use of the WorkSource System when jobs are created with ARRA funding.
As of this date the Board by a rnajority vote does approve for payment those vouchers as presented by the
Grant County Health District: Payroll Vouchers No. i— 4, and General Fund Vouchers No. 5— 60, in the
amount of $i57,g21.o4, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until July �, 2009.

Personnel Action Request Recommendation from Grant Mental Healthcare employee Susan Berg
to be reinstated into her former position of Director of Psychiatric Services. The Human
Resources Director does not recommend this request.
Personnel Action Request Recommendation for Grant Mental Healthcare to create Compliance
Specialist Position, The Human Resources Director does recommend this position but does not
recommend placing an existing employee in this position.
Personnel Action Request Recommendation of approval to request for an exception to the hiring
freeze in the Assessor's Office to hire a GIS Coordinator.
Personnel Action Request for the salary, wage, and/or position changes for Jalane Christian-
Stoker, Executive Director, Grant Mental Healthcare; Carol Gibson and Penny Womack,
Assessor's Office.
D POHLE. PUBLIC WORKS UPDATE
The Commissioners approved and signed Resolution No. 09-o59-CC setting a public hearing for July
2i, zoo9 at 2:3o p.m. to adopt a comprehensive six year transportation improvement program for the
years 2oio-2o15.
Authorization to call for bids on the Airway Drive Realignment and Fairgrounds Path Projects. The bid
opening date was set for July 28, 2009 at i:3o p.m.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
The Commissioners approved and signed an Exhibit B between Grant County, Developmental Disabilities,
and the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services for Contract No. 0863-451g9•
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24,090, in the amount of $2i8,555•15, as recorded on a listing and
made available to the Board.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until July 8, 2009.
