A motion was made by Commissioner Stevens, seconded by Commissioner Swartz, to approve item 1 on
the Worlc Session as listed above. The motion passed unanimously.
CONSENT AGENDA
Commissioner Stevens moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Commissioner Swartz seconded and the
motion passed unanimously, as presented below:
COMMISSIONERS' OFFICE:
Commissioners Office Vouchers — The Board held an invoice from GWMA pending
approval from the County Auditor.
Assumption License application for Craig Lester Williarns DBA Moses Lake Exxon, i�25 Kittleson
Rd, Moses Lake, WA 98837 from the Washington State Liquor Control Board. Applicants are
Dannelle and Patrick Williams.
GRANT MENTAL HEALTHCARE
Federal Stimulus Stop Grant between Grant County/New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual
Assault Services and the Community, Trade and Economic Development Contract for a Domestic
Violence against Women Grant in the amount of $�6,�25.00.

Personnel Action Request for the salary, wage, and/or position changes for John C. Perry,
Department of Public Defense.

A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to approve items 1
through 4 as listed on the ASC Agenda. The motion passed unanimously.

The Commissioners approved and signed items 1 and 2 as listed above.
Resolution No. o9-oq.g-CC was assigned to item 2.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amounts of $420,307•25� $579�376.65, and
$2i,76,.65, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
The Commissioners approved and signed the January 26 and February 2, 2009 Minutes.

presented by the Grant County Health District.

The Commissioners approved and signed the Public Worlcs payroll journal for May, 2009.
The Chair of the Board was authorized to sign a Hazard Mitigation Grant Program (HMGP) Planning Grant
Application between Grant County, Grant County Emergency Management, and the Washington State Military
Department, Emergency Management Division to develop or update hazard mitigation plans or projects that
reduce casualties and damage to structures in future disasters.
The Chair of the Board was authorized to sign the Ron McDougall (Ron McDougall Short Plat)
File #08-5053-01 Final Plat Submission and Review.
