A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to approve items 1 and
2 in the Work Session as listed above. The motion passed unanimously.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEM�
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amount of $443,354•3o as recorded on a listing and
made available to the Board.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until May i9, zoo9.

The Commissioners approved and signed item r as listed above.
OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARiNG, VACATING ROW/TRINIDAD
The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing in regards to certain county roads and rights-of-
way in Trinidad. The Public Worlcs Director read into the record the Engineers report regarding this
project. The Director recommends approval of this project. The Board of County Commissioners of Grant
County, Washington, has received a petition to vacate certain County road rights-of-way as shown in the
Resuivey of and Addition to Trinidad Book 1, Page 61 of Plats, records of the Grant County Auditor and
lying in Section i8, Township 2o North, Range 23 East W.M. Commissioner Stevens moved to close
public comment portion of the hearing, Commissioner Swartz seconded and the motion passed
unanimously. Commissioner Stevens moved to adopt the vacation as presented, Commissioner Swartz
seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned. (Resolution No. 09-o48-CC)
