attendance with the Clerk of the Board.

The Commissioners approved and signed the request to have A-i9 forms signed in house by their
accounting staff, not the County Auditor.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until May 5, 2009.

CLO�ED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING ROLI PROPER'I'Y DEVELOPMENT PRELIMINARY
PLAT
The Commissioners held a Closed Record Public Hearing in regards to a Preliminary Plat application from
ROLI Property Development, LLC to create 91ots from one 6.18-acre parcel in the Urban Residential2
zoning district. The property is in the Hunter Estates Plat located approx. 80o ft north of the intersection
of Wild Goose Rd NE and Wild Goose Lane NE, and in the NW quarter of S i�, T i9 N, R 28 E, W M
(Parcel #31-2�i�-oo2). Commissioner Stevens moved to uphold the Planning Commission
recommendation and approve the application as presented, recognizing the 9 Conditions of Approval az�d
� Findings of Fact. Commissioner Swartz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing
adjourned. (Resolution No. 09-o43-CC)

The Commissioners approved and signed items 1 and 2 as listed above. Item i was assigned Resolution
No. 09-o44-CC; and item 2 was assigned Resolution No. 09-o45-CC.

Commissioner Stevens moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Commissioner Swartz seconded and the
motion passed unanimously, as presented below:

HUMANRESOURCES
Personnel Action Request Recommendation for an exception to the hiring freeze from the
Prosecuting Attorney's Office to hire i Deputy Prosecutor. The HR Director recommends
approval.
GRANT' MENTAL HEALTHCARE
Out of state travel for 4 Direction in Community Living staff members to take clients to the "Night
of Stars" at Silverwood Theme Park in Hayden, ID on May 8, 2009.

Out of state travel request from the Technology Services Director for Jeff Bush to attend a training on
Cartegraph May i1 and i2, 2009 in Albany, OR.
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amounts of $9,g28.8o, $4�5�3•00, and $215,ii6.33
as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until May 11, 2009.
