between U.S. Department of Energy, Richland Operations Office
and Grant County for Emergency Preparedness. Agreement will
continue until it is canceled by either party in writing (open-

5. For BOCC review/signature: Commercial Rental Agreement,
20o9-2oio, between Grant County and the Veterans Coalition of
Grant County. Term: January i, 2009 through December 31,

BOCC Office Safety Meeting CANCELLED
Commissioners Work Session
i. Budget extension request in the amount of $10,980.0o to receive a
grant from the Washington Traffic Safety Commission. These are
reimbursable funds for their DUI and Speeding Enforcement
Campaign.
2. Budget extension request in the amount of $i,2oo.0o to purchase a
ping pong table for use by Jail inmates. Funds will be expended from
the Jail Concession Budget.

The Commissioners signed and approved the Authorization to call for bids for the 2009-2o�i Herbicide
Application Program. The bid opening was set for February 24, 2009 then rescheduled to March 3, 2009
at 2:0o p.m.

auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the

$4,000.00, and $1,348•39� as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
