Resolution In Re: Strategic Infrastructure Committee
Recommendation for Funding. This is for SIP #2008-05, the City of
Quincy's Industrial Non-Contact Cooling Water Engineering Report
and Infrastructure Preliminary Design (a $�o,000.00 grant and a
$30,000.00 loan).
U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation Lease
Agreement #PN-UCAO-EPH-o5o8-ooi, Office Space (Planning
Department). U.S. Government Lease of Real Property (Rooms
#25a, 25b, & 26, approx. i5o5 sq. ft. to be charged $.64 per sq. ft,
and Room 23b for storage, approx. 741 sq. ft, to be charged $.10 per
sq. ft., located in the Bureau of Reclamation building at 32 C Street
NW in Ephrata, WA.
Vouchers for indigent defense and/or insurance.

The Commissioners approved and signed items 2 and 3 as listed above.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
The Commissioners approved the October 29, and November 5, 200� Minutes.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until July i, 2008.

Pursuant to RCW 42.go.110 (i) (i) Commissioner Stevens opened the executive session at 9:05 am to go
unti19:3o a.m. Commissioner Stevens then re-opened the executive session to go until g:4o a.m.

The Commissioners approved and signed Resolution No. 08-o49-CC as a notice of hearing in the
matter of adopting a comprehensive six year transportation improvement program for the years 2009-
2oi4. The hearing was set for July 22, 2008 at 2:0o pm.
The Commissioners approved and signed a contract between Grant County and W.C. Construction for the
Road District No. 2 Shop Project.

Commissioner Allison moved to approve the Consent Agenda, Commissioner Allison seconded and the
motion passed unanimously, as presented below:

Vendor Agreement between Grant County, by and through Grant County Developmental
Disabilities, and the Moses Lalee Community Health to provide Parent to Parent services to assist
parents with developmentally disabled sons or daughters to provide better care to them though
direct support and assistance.
Vendor Agreement between Grant County, by and through Grant County Developmental
Disabilities, and the Moses Lake Community Health to provide early intervention services (Birth
to Three).
County Program Agreement — Community Residential (No. 0863-45189) between the
Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, and Grant County, by and between
Grant County Developmental Disabilities, to provide Group Homes or Supported Living
residential instruction and support services for clients of DDD in accordance with Ch. 388-1oi
WAC; and Exhibit B, Revision #o for reflecting the increase to the benchmarlc rate for Supported
Living Services.
County Program Agreement — Emergency Domestic Violence Shelter and Advocacy Services (No.
0863-44097) between the Washington State Department of Social and Health Services, and Grant
County, by and between Grant County New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services
to provide shelter, advocacy-based counseling, and supportive services to those in need.
Contract between the Washington State Migrant Council and Grant County, by and through Grant
Mental Healthcare, to provide mental health services to the Migranfi and Seasonal Head Start
centers.
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
Grant County Vendor Agreements between Grant County, by and through Developmental Disabilities, and
Perfect Solutions, First Choice Services, and Goodwill Industries of the Inland Northwest,
As of this date the Board by a majority vote does approve for payment those vouchers as presented by the
Grant County Health District: Payroll Vouchers No. 1— 4, and General Fund Vouchers No. 5— 7i, in the
amount of $189�983•65, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amount of $i,i47,874.69, as recorded on a listing
and made available to the Board.
The Commissioners signed the Payroll Pick-up Sheet for the month of June, 2008.
As there was no further business to come before the Board the session was continued until July 2, 2008.
