Item 4 did not arrive for signature. The motion passed unanimously. 1 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, legal services, grant administration, ' etc. (Approved) 2. Washington State Department of Commerce Community Services and Housing Division, Office of Crime Victims Advocacy(CVLA SFY 2016), Grant No. 516-31108-009 with Grant County, by and through Grant Integrated Services' division of New Hope Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services. Term is July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016 in the amount of$24,000.00. (Approved) ` 3. Lease agreement between Grant County, by and between the Grant County Fairgrounds, and the Moses Lake Gun Club, Inc.for use of county property located at the Fairgrounds off of the east parking lot, off of Paxton Road, Moses Lake. Term is date of signature to May 31, 2020. (Approved) 4. Anticipating: Contract between Grant County, by and through the Fairgrounds, and Stetner ,{ Electric, Inc." for electrical services in the Fairgrounds' Commercial Building HVAC system. The + contract term is from date of signature to June 30, 2015 in the amount of$56,670.83. (Did not arrive for si�nature) 5. Request for$30,000 expenditure out of Interfund Communications for pre-paid postage metering to the U.S. Postal Service for the Mailroom equipment (on behalf of Tom Gaines, Central Services). (Approved) 6. Grant County Payment Request#17 to Washington State Department of Commerce on Consolidated Homeless Grant(CHG) No. 14-46108-10, administered through the Grant County Housing Authority, in the amount of$32,168.70. (Approved) 9:30 a.m.—9:40 a.m. Open Record Public Hearing,Technology Services Budget Extension The Commissioners held an Open Record Public Hearing to consider a budget extension request , in the amount of$33,000.00 for the Technology Services Department to upgrade the 2013 ; Exchange Server. I � � Tom Gaines, Central Services Director, discussed the project. j ; Commissioner Swartz moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing. � Commissioner Carter seconded and the motion passed unanimously. (Approved, Resolution No. 15-041-CC) 10:00 a.m.—10:15 a.m. Commissioners Office Safety Meeting 10:30 a.m.—10:45 a.m. Citizen Public Comment Period Gary Garnant came in today to give an update on the Hanford Advisory Board and to inform the Commissioners that the Department of Energy is appointing him to another 2 year term on that Board. He is requesting a letter of support for this position. Mr. Garnant would like to hold Public Information Meetings in Grant and Franklin Counties on the cleanup progress at Hanford. He will get information together and bring it back to the Commissioners for approval. Mr. Garnant provided the Commissioners with informational flyers on the 2015 Summary: Remaining Cleanup Costs and a Groundwater Update.
