Items 5 and 6 were not ready for signature. The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. (Approved) 2. Reques� by Grant County Airport District#1 for BOCC approval of project reimbursements in three installments on Strategic Infrastructure Project No. 2014-02,Widening of Desert Aire Airport Runway. (Approved) 3. Grant County Law Library Westlaw Subscription (Agreement)for Software and Practice Solutions. The subscription sees a 2% increase with the same databases for total monthly charges of$2,488.60. (Approved) 4. Grant County Request for Reimbursement No. 7 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 14- 65400-005 for the month of January, 2015,with the Department of Commerce and administered through the OIC of Washington, in the amount of$6,047.60. (Approved) 5. Anticipating: Resolution Authorizing Execution of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Grant County,Washington and Public Utility District No, 2 of Grant County, Washington,to permit the County's camera equipment to be installed, maintained and removed on Grant PUD owned street light and distribution poles (ASC Action Item#6, below). (Not ready for signature) 6. Anticipating: Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between Grant County, Washington and Public Utility District No. 2 of Grant County,Washington,to permit the County's camera equipment to be installed, maintained and removed on Grant PUD owned street light and distribution poles. Request from City of George for extension on deadline from March 31, 2015 to March 31, 2016 for project completion of Strategic Infrastructure Project No. 2014-03 for the North George Water Distribution System the City is in partnership with the Port of Quincy on. Addendum to Vendor Agreement between Grant County, by and through Developmental Disabilities, and Service Alternatives to provide Individual Supported Employment and Group Supported Employment. (Approved) 3:30 p.m,—4:20 p.m. J Gingrich, Fairgrounds Update Meeting MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS The Commissioners sent a letter to the City of Moses Lake Mayor and City Council requesting the parties complete an Interlocal Agreement for the purpose of connecting the Fairgrounds wastewater to the City's sewer system, without annexation of the property into the City of Moses Lal<e, Specifically,the County is asking that the City waive or exempt the County from being required to submit to the City's annexation policy for the purpose of allowing the County to hook up with the City's sewer system.
