(Approved) 9;30 a.m.—10:20 a.m. I< Eslinger, Human Resources Update ; i 11:00 a.m.—11:50 a.m. S McJannet, K&L Gates—Approving and signing Resolution No. 15-014- 'I CC refunding Limited Tax General Obligation Bonds from 2007 The Commissioners held an Open Public Meeting to adopt Resolution No. 15-014-CC authorizing i the issuance and sale of Limited Tax General Obligation Refunding Bonds of the County in the aggregate principal amount of not to exceed $8,700.00 for the purpose of refunding of certain outstanding bonds; providing for the annual levy of taxes to pay the principal of and interest on 1;he bonds; and delegating certain authority to the county Treasurer in connection with the sale. Scott McJannet discussed Resolution 15-014-CC which will authorize the issuance and sale of the County's LTGO Bonds, 2015 series, for an advanced refunding of the County's 2007 LTGO Bonds. This will be an advance refunding so the Bonds are not callable until June 1, 2017. If these I bonds are issued as a result of the Resolution today, they will go into an escrow account for 2 � 1 years. ; � This Resolution also delegates the authority to execute transactions for the refunding fio the j County Treasurer, Darryl Pheasant. This designates a "not to exceed" amount of$8,700,000.00. i � Darryl Pheasant stated that as of yesterday, the County is looking at a 5.3%savings with this ; funding, ' � Commissioner Swartz moved to approve Resolution No. 15-014-CC as presented.
