Grant County Emergency Management,for pass-through funding to conduct radiological ',
emergency preparedness program duties relating to the Columbia Generating Station nuclear
power plant in the amount of$28,022. Term is July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. (Approved)
3. Signature Authorization Form for Washington State Military Department for Grant County ;
signing authorities on Contract#E15-001 (above). (Approved) �
4. Subrecipient Agreement for CDBG Public Services between Grant County and the OIC �
(Opportunities Industrialization Center) of Washington for public services funded by the state i
Community Development Block Grant(CDBG) Program. The term coincides with the County's �
contract agreement#14-65400-005 with the Washington State Department of Commerce,July
1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. (Approved) i
5. Washington State Department of Social and Health Services (DSHS) County Program Agreement, ;
Amendment 13,to Agreement#1163-27300. This amendment decreases the Maximum '
Amount Payable by$8,591 and modifies sections 1,4, 5, 7, 8, 9 and Exhibits B, D, and F.
Amendment Start date is July 1, 2014 and runs to the Program Agreement end date of June 30,
2015. (Approved)

the years 2015-2020. The public hearing was set for July 22, 2014 at 2:00 pm. (Approved)
3. Quit Claim Deed between Grant County and the City of Moses Lake for a transfer of ownership
of a portion of Road I-NE located in portions of the Southeast quarter of S 33 and the West half
of S 34,T 20 N, R 28 E, WM within a parcel of land described as "Sewage Treatment Plant"; and

The Chair of the Board was authorized to sign the Health District Voucher listing in the amount of
$1,292.97.
The Commissioners approved an April 18, 2014 request letter from the Facilities and Maintenance
Manager to hire MC Construction for the Sidewall< Renovation Project (FM14002). (This letter was
misplaced and never acted on by the BOCC,although the contract was awarded on the May 20, 2014 ;
ASC agenda. This is a corrective measure.)
