The motion passed unanimously. 1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant administration. (Approved) , 2. Grant County Request for Reimbursement No. 10 on CDBG Public Services Grant No. 13-65400- � 005 for the month of May, 2014,with the Deparfiment of Commerce and administered through the OIC of Washington, in the amount of$1,014.61. (Approved) 3. 2014-2016 Davis Shows NW, Inc. Agreement with Grant County,Washington,for the County's � sponsorship and promotion of the Grant County Fair in August and for Davis Shows NW to provide shows, amusement rides, games and concessions during the fair. Term is for 2014- 2016. (Approved) 4. Interlocal Procurement Agreement between Grant County and the City of Seattle to jointly bid for various supplies, materials, equipment and routine, expert and/or consultant services, using competitively awarded contracts. The Agreement shall remain in full force until terminated by either party in writing. (Approved) � 5. Resolution No. 14-033-CC Authorizing Execution of Interlocal Agreement between Grant County and the City of Seattle (see above). (Approved) 6. Contract between Grant County and Quality Paving, Inc,, for the improvement and paving of Parking Lot E in the area of the Ephrata Courthouse campus. Term is July 14, 2014 until project completion on or before July 18, 2014. (Approved) �' 7. (Approved) � � � 10:00 a,m.—10:50 a.m. K Eslinger, Human Resources Update � i i I i I � Page 2 of 4 Grant County Commissioners Minutes Week of June 30, 2014 MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS The Commissioners approved and signed the Grant County Payroll Authorization form for the June 24, 2014 payroll. 7he Commissioners received and accepted a request from the Veterans Coalition of Grant County to terminate their rental agreement of the county building located at 1008 W Ivy Ave, Moses Lake,WA 98837. The Commissioners received and accepted a request from the Washington State Council—Vietnam Veterans of America, Inc.to rent the county building located at 1008 W Ivy Ave, Moses Lake, WA 98837. They will be managing the Washington Department of Veterans Affairs services for Grant County, formerly rnanaged by the Veterans Coalition of Grant County,which has closed. Commissioners Stevens and Carter signed the Washington State Historic County Courthouse Rehabilitation Grant Program Grant Application 2015-2017 Biennium. As of this date, the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amounts of$757,969.05, $183,614.70, and $727,967.39, as recorded on a listing and made available to the Board.
