RESOLUTION IN THE MATTER OF RESOLUTIOl`�T No. 13- j�`j�-CC
' DECREASEING CERTAIN FEES FOR
THE GRANT COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS
WHEREAS,pursuant to the provisions of chapter 36.37 RCW the holding of county
fairs and agricultural exhibitions of stock, cereals, and agricultural produce of all kinds,
including dairy, produce, as well as arts and manufactures, by any county in the state, and the
participation by any county in a district fair or agricultural exhibition is declared to be in the
interest of the public good and strictly a county purpose; and
WHEREAS, the Grant County Fair Manager has recommended to the Board of County
Commissioners to adopt the following decreases to the schedule of fees for 2013 attached as "Exhibit
A" for the Grant County Fairgrounds; and
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County
Board of Commissioners adopt the attached `Bxhibit A" amended�ees in 2013 for the Grant
County Fairgrounds; and
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED THAT the Grant County
Board of Commissioners that any other conflicting resolutions setting Fees for the Grant
County Fair are rescinded. ,
