According to FtCTn7 54 0 28 . 090, the county legi.slative authority shall
direct the county treasurer to distribute these funds to each taxing
distri.ct in the county other than school districts in a manner they
deem most equitable, except not less than an amount equal �o . 75%
of the gross �evenue obtai.ned by a district from the sale of
electrical energy rnrithin any un.incorporated city or town shal.l be
remitted to such city or• towrao _
