1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurance, and/or grant j
administration. (Approved) !
2. Request for release of funds on Strategic Infrastructure Project(SIP)#2012-04, Port of ;
Moses Lake, Renovation of Building#3401 (Hangar 1) Internal System & Ramps to
Support Aircraft Maintenance & Repair in the amount of the pre-approved $300,000.00
grant and 2.5%Administrative Fee of the total project funding in the amount of
$7,500.00 to the Grant County Economic Development Council. (Approved)
3. Amendment No, 08 to Washington State Department of Social & Health Services i
Contract#1163-27300 between Grant County, by and through Grant Integrated
Services,which adds a Parent Child Assistance Program (PCAP)to the grant. (Approved) �
4. Stationary Guard Agreement between Grant County and Moon Security Services for the '
purpose of providing guard service at the Grant County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW in '
Ephrata, Washington. The term is September 16, 2013 through December 31, 2013.

5. Addendum to Grant County Vendor Agreement entered into between Grant County, by ,
and through Grant County Developmental Disabilities (GCDD) and Goodwill Industries of i
the Inland Northwest. The Addendum amends the rates related and specific to payment
for services concerning Individual Supported Employment, Group Supported
Employment, Community Access, and Child Development Services. (Approved) '

3. Special occasion license application for Othello Ducks Unlimited, 6965 EI Camino St, Othello, WA
99344, from the Washington State Liquor Control Board. (Approved)
4. Resolution No. 13-064-CC regarding removal and/or application of hyperlinks within the Grant
County Code. (Approved)
5. Multi Agency Communications Center(MACC) request for payment of Batch 01-71 in the
amount of$247,611.28 using Bond Funding. (Approved)

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
6. Budget extension request in the amount of$60,000.00 to cover the partial costs of wages and
salaries received from the Town of Coulee City for law enforcement services,from April 1—
December 31, 2013. (Approved,the public hearing was scheduled for October 8, 2013 at 10:00
a.m.)
7. Budget extension request in the amount of$1,000.00 to purchase 2-portable alcohol breath test
units, using a grant received from the Washing�on Association of Sheriff and Police Chiefs
(WASPC). (Approved,the public hearing was scheduled for October 8,2013 at 10:00 a.m.)
PLANNING DEPARTMENT
8. Resolution relating to Comprehensive Planning in Grant County in accordance with the
Washington State Growth Management Act (RCW 36.70A) and amending the 2006
Comprehensive Plan and Zone Changes. This is for the 2013 Comprehensive Plan Amendments.
(Approved, Resolution No. 13-063-CC)
FACILITIES AND MAINTENANCE
9. Recommendation to award the asbestos abatement good faith survey needed for the Whitaker '
Building purchased by the county,to A Central Asbestos in the amount of$750.00. (Approved)
10. Recommendation to accept the proposal from Johnson Controls for the re-commissioning of the
air handlers in the mezzanine above the jail and the new building management system control
module (metasys). This is a sole source contract as the equipment being replaced and upgraded
is proprietary to Johnson Controls, The proposed cost is$28,000.00 using Capital Outlay
funding. (Approved)

MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS
The Commissioners approved and signed the Grant Public Works County Payroll Salary Fund for �
September 20, 2013,
As of this date,the Board, by a majority vote, does approve for payment those vouchers certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.080, and those expense reimbursement claims certified by the
auditing officer as required by RCW 42.24.090, in the amount of$577,223.196, as recorded on a listing
and made available to the Board.
