DeAtley Crusting Company $731,450.00 A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Stevens, to turn over the , bids to Public Works for their review and recommendation, The motion passed unanimously. 2:00 p.m.—2:20 p.m, Open Record Public Hearing, Creative Living Inc. Franchise Application The Commissioners held and Open Record Public Hearing to consider a Franchise application from Creative Living Inc. for water, sewer and dry utilities along Moore Rd. at Blue Lake, located in S 29,T 24 W, R 27 E, WM (Parcel#162192000), Jeff Tincher, Public Works Director, discussed the application and recommended approval. Commissioner Swartz moved to close the public comment portion of the hearing. Commissioner Stevens seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Commissioner Stevens moved to approve the Franchise as presented. Commissioner Swartz seconded and the motion passed unanimously. The hearing adjourned.
