The Grant County Commissioners session began at 8:30 a.m.with all Commissioners in attendance.

A motion was made by Commissioner Swartz, seconded by Commissioner Stevens,to approve items 1,3 i
through 5,7, 10 through 13, 15, and 17 through 23 on the ASC Agenda as presented. The motion passed �i
unanimously. '

1. Possible vouchers for Interfund Communications, insurarice, and/or grant administration. II

2. Anticipating: Contract between Grant County and Engineered Control Services, Inc.,for :
replacement and expansion of the Electronic Controls for Detention and Building operations �
for County Youth Services. (Did not arrive for signature)
3. Shelter Agreement between the American National Red Cross, a not-for-profit corporation
chartered by the United States Congress, and Grant County,for disaster relief i
activities/emergency shelter at the Grant County Fairgrounds'facilities. Term is from date
of signature and ends 30 days after written notice by either party. (Approved) i
4. 2014 Animal Shelter Contract between Grant County and Grant County Animal Outreach, (
Inc. for the annual amount of$38,000.00. Term is January 1, 2014 through December 31, I
2014.
5. 2014 Grant County Sheriff Towing Contract between Grant County, by and through the j
Grant County Sheriff's Office, and Agri-Fix Towing(separate company from previous �
contract). Term is January 1, 2014 through December 31, 2014. (Approved)
6. Anticipating: 2014 Grant County Sheriff Towing Contract between Grant County, by and
through the Grant County Sheriff's Office, and Jeff's Towing& Recovery. Term is January 1, � �

7. Authorization for release of BOCC approved Strategic Infrastructure Program (SIP)funds, i
third installment of four, on SIP#2009-07, Port of Royal Slope Second Well Project in the ,
amount of$50,000 to the Port of Royal Slope jwhich is 25%from the tota/grant award, with �

no funds at this time coming out of the approved loan of$25,000J and $1,250 to the Grant 4
County Economic Development Council (which is 25%of the total 2.5°o Administrative Fee i

8. Anticipating: Telemedicine Services Agreemen�between Grant County, by and through I
Grant Integrated Services' Grant Mental Health Care and Seattle Children's Hospital for the �i
